this has tiny paint chips in the roof and small chips around the foundation and one of pillars has been glued back on. It does not come with any trees or a light. Comes with Styrofoam box with no sleeve. I have used this a lot, I used this at 4th of July, Halloween and Christmas. Time to go and get new stuff.
