Four-panel invitation/program for the 1992 United Jewish Campaign signed by former New York City Mayor (1978-1989) and U. S. Congressman (1973-1977) Edward Irving Koch (1924-2013) on the cover - \"To Jane, All the best, Ed Koch 1/7/92\" on the cover. It cost $60.00 to get in, and you were expected to donate at least $1500.00 to the cause ($1000.00 if a first time participant or under 35) so there must have been a sea of checkbooks at the ready. No need for a COA on this one; nobody in his/her right mind would forge this. 5.5\" x 8.5\" folded, double-width unfolded.
