This is for the 1992 Longaberger Mail Basket. It comes with the Protector, a Longaberger garter,and the Hardware to hangplus the instructions. The instructions did get wet so the ink has smeared on the paper but you can still read it. This did NOT effect the basket in any way. This basket has never been outside.
