Bush. President Bush signed his signature 500 times in the presence of two witnesses, PCGS Operations Director, Michael \"Miles\" Standish, and West Highland Publishing Co. President, Les Fox, in Houston, Texas. This coin is #421 of 500 coins President Bush signed. As to the coin itself, there were 375,851 of the White House 200th Anniversary Silver Commemorative Dollars minted in 1992 at the West Point (W) Mint. This White House 200th Anniversary Proof Commemorative Dollar is comprised of .900 silver (0.76 troy ounces) and .100 copper with a diameter of 38.1mm and a weight of 26.73 grams. The obverse of the 1992-W White House 200th Anniversary Proof Commemorative Silver Dollar was designed by Edgar Z. Steever IV.
