1996 Panini/Fleer/Skybox X-Men: Sanctuary Sealed Box of 100 sticker-card packages & 10 Booklets

Card box and booklets are brand new, factory sealed. There are 10 booklets in the sealed bundle and 100 packs of cards in the box. Each package includes 6 cards.Please note that the box has signs of crushing and that both the box and booklet\'s shrinkwrap seal is starting to come apart.We have multiple sets available. As such, the pictures shown are stock photos. The photos were taken by East Coast Toys and Games and are representative of the actual set you will receive.Item is sold AS IS.

We only ship our items via Canada Post; wewill not use any other service at this time. Weoffer Expedited shipping to all American addresses on all items. We also offerSmall Packet Air on some items (depending on weight, value and package size).Expedited shipping includes full tracking and insurance, while Small Packet Airoffers a maximum of $100 insurance and does not include tracking.

Weonly ship our items via Canada Post; we will not use any other service at thistime. If you live in the USA, please note that once packages cross into theUSA, Canada Post passes your package off to USPS. ExpectedArrival for Canadian Residents:

Weuse one method to ship our items within Canada: Expedited via Canada Post.Expedited shipping usually takes 5-6 business days, but can take as many as 13days to the Canadian Territories. If you have questions or concerns aboutshipping within Canada, or arrival times, then please contact us.

Wewill only use this method to ship a package within Canada. We require that allof our packages are tracked with insurance in order to protect us and ourcustomers from a variety of things that can go wrong that neither party hascontrol over once a package is in transit.We will not use uninsured oruntrackable shipping methods within Canada.

ExpectedArrival for USA Residents:

Wewill only ship items to the USA using Canada Post’s Expedited International USAor Small Packet Air services.

Accordingto the Canada Post website, Expedited take “as little as 6 days.” In ourexperience the average is closer to approximately 15 business days for arrivalfor many of our stateside customers. This service is fully insured and comeswith full tracking. Tracking is available on both the USPS and Canada Postwebsites.

TheCanada Post website also claims that Small Packet Air takes 6-10 business days.In our experience the average is closer to 20 business days for arrival usingthis service. Despite Small Packet Air packages being insured, they do notincluded tracking.

Weoffer Small Packet Air shipping on certain items in order to keep the cost ofshipping low for clients who are willing to wait a little bit longer for theirpackage and who do not feel that tracking is necessary to meet their individualneeds. If you want more peace of mind and faster shipping then we encourage youto choose Expedited shipping.

If Small Packet Air isnot offered as a shipping option for this particular item then this means thatthis item is too heavy, too large or has a higher value than the maximuminsured value for using this service.

Customs/Duty Fees:

Dueto border laws, some of our packages will inevitably be held by customs.Customs is allowed to hold a package for 12 days.We are NOTresponsible for customs delays or any fees or duty that may incur due to customs.International shipping almost always takes a few weeks for arrival; please beprepared for potential customs delays and for the fact that since your packagehas to cross an international border that it will take longer than if youpurchased the item domestically. Border security is only getting tighter anddelays will happen.

Ifyou have picked Expedited shipping and your package does not arrive in the 15day timeframe then please check your tracking information at www.canadapost.ca or [link removed by ]: it may be held up by customs. If youhave any questions or concerns please contact us.

Ifyou have picked Small Packet Air shipping and your package has not arrivedwithin the 20 day timeframe please let us know. This could mean that yourpackage is being held by customs, but without tracking it is impossible to knowfor sure.

Pleasenote that Canada Post requires that 30 days must pass before a claim can befiled on international items. If your package does not arrive within 30 days ofus shipping it then please contact us. We will call Canada Post to file a claimon your behalf. The claims process can take a couple of weeks, and it is ourhope that a Canada Post investigation may find a package that has not arrived.If Canada Post cannot find your package once an investigation has beencompleted then we will refund you for the total amount of the item via Paypal.We will do everything that we can to accommodate you if there is a problem withyour package, butwe expect you to contact us if you have anyquestions, concerns, or problems with an item that you purchase from East CoastToys and Games. Please be patient if your package is delayed because once weship an item we have little control over what happens to it. We take customerservice and customer satisfaction very seriously and will do everything that wecan to accommodate you if you have a problem with something purchased from us.

Weoffer combined shipping on our items whenever possible. Some of our items, suchas posters, may be difficult to combine with other items. In cases like this wewill not offer combined shipping or will mention shipping alternatives. Also,if you prefer Small Packet Air as a shipping method please note that weight,size and value of the items you purchase may prevent us from being able to usethis method. Despite this, Expedited shipping is always an option for combinedshipping (unless combining items is unsafe as in the example of posters notedabove).

Ourcombined shipping rates are not fixed. Instead we will base combined shippingrates on weight and package size. We will even offer free combined shipping onmany of our items (if possible), but this depends entirely on the size andweight of the items that are purchased.

DO NOT PAY FOR ITEMSTHAT YOU WANT TO COMBINE INTO ONE PACKAGE BEFORE WE SEND YOU AN INVOICE WITHTHE PROPER SHIPPING AMOUNT!

Taxation

Asa registered business in Canada we are required to collect GST/HST on allCanadian transactions. If you live in a province that has HST then you arerequired to pay full HST on any item purchased from East Coast Toys and Games;similarly, if your live in a province that does not have HST then you will berequired to pay 5% GST on any item purchased from East Coast Toys and Games.This system is based on us being required to charge tax based on parceldestination.

Residentsof the USA Territories are legally exempt from paying GST or HST on almost allitems purchased from Canada. This is due to taxation being based on thedestination, and GST/HST is a Canadian only form of taxation. This does not exempt you from potentialcustoms charges or duty that may incur.

LocalPickup

Weoffer free local pickup on all of our items, but you must pick up the item fromus at our home. We do not deliver items. We require that all of our items arepaid for via Paypal and this includes local pickup items. Local pickup does notexempt you from paying the 15% HST that is charged on all items that are pickedup locally from us in Nova Scotia.
