Please read……..If your item is insured and we have to make a claim.

1. I WILL FILE THE CLAIMFOR YOU IMMEDIATELY

2. You HAVE to work with me to collect onthe claim by sending me PICTURES, we will need pictures of:

A. The box as it came andespecially if there is any damage to outer package.

B. picture of the iteminside the box to show the inner packing

C. and a picture of thedamaged to the item

3. You have to keep the box and the damageditem until I let you know that the claim has been paid. The claim people mightwant to come out and look at the item and they need to see it and the box too.

4. I will payout on the claim AS SOON as theinsurance is paid to me. In the unlikely event they do not payout for any reason we will work something out. I have not had this happen yet.

PLEASENOTE:

1. In the event of aREFUND I may ask for the item back. I will determine on a case by case basis ifI will pay for the return shipping. I may not even ask for a return of the itembut will at least want a picture of damaged items.

2. I may change yourshipping method, unless you specify not too.

3. I may add THE COST OFINSURANCE (in the case of fragile items) in the HANDLING FEE area or directlyto the cost of the item. does not allow a seller to offer you Insurance;they advise you to add it into the cost of your item.

4. There may be a smallcharge in the handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials.
