We recently have cleaned out an estate basement in the historic Georgetown, District of Columbia and got many great quality antiques, including bronzes, silver and paintings! Everything down there has not been touched for over a decade and just came out to light! We had to clean all the pieces from dust, light mold and other elements.
Presented here is a beautiful, antique, oil on bone miniature painting of an indoor scene of 5 rabbis at a table! Signed on lower right corner with what looks like Schleich\". The painting is under a glass and is mounted into a very nice bone frame. Paintingmeasures 3.25\" wide x 2.5\" tall. Frame measures 5 5/8\" wide x 4 7/8\" tall.I am sorry we are not painting expects so don\'t have much more information on it but we can GUARANTEE it is an antique, oil on bone painting!
