This listing is for a fabulous19th century Frenchormolu giltbronze picture frame with easel back, c. 1870\'s.

Outside measurement is10\" high and9 3/4\" widewith theinsert area measuring5 1/2\"high and6 1/2\"wide.

This lovely frame has agilt ribbon garland embellishmenton thetop withan ornateeagle and wreath. Intricate embossed swag design on the border with gilt metal decoration on the corner pink silkmatte.Silk covered easle back.

This beautiful uniqueframeis in excellent condition with bright gilding. Theglass is in very good condition (one tiny nick near frame edge) althoughthe silk matte and backingare worn (see photos) -no other noted flaws.
