19th.c Lehnware Egg Cup by Joseph Lehn (1798-1892). He made & sold polychrome painted cups & other wood items usually in poplar wood in Clay Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. This piece is a turned popular wood cup with alternating pussy willow & floral design on a salmon ground pedestal base. There is a remnant of his original paper label on the underside of the base (unreadable). Measures 3-1/2\" tall.Condition is used antique with minor wear. Shipping toUS, Canada & England only.
