Hand crafted out of brass most certainly out of 19th century Germany. The underside is bright and shinny: gold gilt? It was probably once all gilded, the gold worn away by years of polishing. One arm is cracked and needs to be professionally repaired bya jeweler. Stands about10\" tall. Shippingwill $10.95 to any U.S.zipcode ($18.00 foreign).In almost ALL cases we use USPS Priority Mail.
