This good quality mid 19th century Klingenthal violin was made on a Hopf model around 1850 in Saxony, it is a typical Klingenthal model with the well-known yello-brown varnish that is also typical for Hopf instruments. Thw body has no cracks, the violin is in need of a standard setup.

Would retail for $ 1,200 - $ 1,500 after a complete professional 35.8 cm - 4/4 size
