Preserved in its own juice, in beautiful condition, this pan from themiddle of the 19th Century, was used in a restaurant, bronze handlesare close to the bottom,
because it was intended to fry a ham. \"Une Sauteuse à Jambon\" inFrench, intended to easily carry a weight which hardly spreads in thepan.
Pan with its original Lid are in extra thick hammered copper, Copperrivets with largebronze handles.
