19thC Arts & Crafts Hardwood Picture Frame with Baltimore Studio Portrait:

Antique picture frame from the late 1800s is made of hardwood which I beleive is oak. It has a Baltimore studio portrait of a gentleman whose name might be Harry Westmeyer as is written on the back of the frame. It measures 8\"x10\" with an opening for a 5\"x7\" photo. The frame is in fairly good condition for the age. It does have a some minor areas of surface wear, scratches and gouges. It was very dry and the finish was starting to peel when I got it so I\'ve been polishing with beeswax. It\'s starting to getting a nice sheen but still soaks it in so will need a bit more rubbing to restore it\'s beauty.
