Selling personal collection due to redecorating. This was purchased from a very significant Northshore estate on Lake Michigan It is an absolutely incredible 19th Century French Sevres period Porcelain and Gilt Vase. The Vase is one of the prettiest examples of large late 19th Century French Sevres Porcelain I have owned. I hate to part with it but it\'s not working with my redecorating after 20 years!
The Vase features a dark glorious rare pink with wonderful teal accents along with a background with large Gold Gilt decorations. Central panel cartouche is immaculately and beautifully painted in Watteau style. It is beautiful in person too! Absolutely NO damage or repairs. There is some evidence of expert refilling of cartouche scrollls. The Vase makes a very impressive display measuring a very large 20\" inches tall and 10 inches wide overall.
