Provenance: Yardley Estate, Bucks County, PA.Fair Condition. Some obvious creases, discolorations, stains, writings, and some fading of ink. Some hardening of vellum. Really nice cursive writing. Circa: 1842.Vellum size: approx. 29-3/8\" x 22-1/8\" inchesNOTE: The deed contains the name \"William Yardley\", and I am assuming that this person was related to the Yardley Estate in Bucks County PA.
