2 collectable vintage handbags.these look to have been both handmade.the natural coloured petit point needlework bag / purse has an art deco frame and a sweet roses ? floral design.inside is the original gold tone chain that was attached to wear over the shoulder. looks like it may be missing its links, however still very lovely to use as a hand purse hand held bag.inside is also a hand mirror [which is a little marked] which tucks into the interior pocket. lined in satin? some of the stitching has come away in parts but as I believe this to be from the 1940s its not bad for its age. Its a sweetie.Also included is a black handbag, whichI believe to be from the early 1950s.purchased together from the same vintage market, some estate finds. ** check out my other listings for furhter vintage handbags / purses.
