Items - There is a set of two chalkware wall plaques. Both marked - 1943 Herbert Dubler, Inc. and B. Hummel. These are very attractive hand painted and very colorful and beautifully detailed pieces. Plaques measure 6 1/4” x 4 3/4” x 7/16”. Plaques are as follows:
1. Boy playing flute to bird in bush. Very nice vintage shape with tiny chip on top back edge.
2. Girl in tree with flowers and birds. Very nice vintage shape. Has a tiny chip in girls dress and a chip on top back edge. Chip on dress should be touch-up. View photos for condition.
Items in my listings come from locations and estate sales in and around Lancaster County, PA and should be considered as used items unless noted otherwise. My photos serve as the description of items and to show condition of items so view them carefully and ask any questions prior to offerding. Items are sold “as is” and are not returnable unless I have made a major error in my description. I try to provide as accurate information as possible and will try to answer additional questions when asked, if possible. If an item is listed as untested or unknown if item works, it is usually because I have no ability or means of testing it, not that the item does not work, it means I do not know. For this reason if an item is listed as selling “as is”, there is no return of this item unless I have made a major error in its description. I have no desire to deceive my buyers and I also have no desire to be taken advantage of by a buyer.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, purchases are normally shipped within one business day from when your payment is received. When this falls on a holiday, weekend or special occasion this would be the shippers next day of operation. If payment for your item is made after 8:00 AM EST on a Friday your item may be shipped on the following Monday. Please understand that I can only ship in a timely manner, I can not control the speed of the postal service or any other shipper. Shipping to the west coast, shipping during holiday periods and shipping via media mail are often slower. When your item is shipped I will provide you with a delivery confirmation or tracking number to show your item was shipped in a timely manner and so you can monitor its progress. When shipping speed is a factor you may upgrade to priority or a faster method of shipping, at your expense.

It is not my intention to make a profit off of shipping/handling as some dealers do. I charge no handling fee and most packages (except for those requiring special packaging) have $1.00 or less added for packing and materials. The remaining costs of shipping goes to shipper. ’s policy holds seller responsible for any lost or damaged items. I package my items well but once they have been shipped I can not control any abuse or loss of your item while under control of a carrier. For this reason all items include a USPS tracking number and certain items will automatically include insurance. Insured items will be noted in my listing. These costs have been figured into displayed shipping costs. I try to estimate total shipping costs as close as possible to my actual cost. On occasion an irregular or oversized package will cause differences in actual shipping costs which are unintentional.
I ship only to confirmed U.S. addresses, no PO box numbers accepted for UPS shipping. With payment by PayPal the address supplied must comply with their record of confirmed address. NO SHIPPING OUT OF U.S.A. When possible I will offer USPS flat rate boxes or media mail as a means of shipping to save on cost to buyers. I will ship by means of U.S.P.S or by U.P.S., I do not ship via Fed Ex due to location.

Non US buyers have been blocked from offerding on my items as I do not ship outside of the US. This is nothing personal against non US buyers, but protection for sellers by PayPal outside of the US is poor and I will not take a loss. I also will not deal with the various import regulations of other countries. If you live outside the US and can provide a mailing address inside the US that I can ship an item to, you may contact me and have your block removed for purposes of offerding. Should you win the offer your item will be shipped to the US address you have provided. Any payment must be made in US funds. There are services available that will act as a shipping location inside the U.S. for foreign buyers that wish to buy on . These services will receive items from sellers then ship to your country. If you use these services your item can be shipped to their address.
