This sale is for two antique calico fabric books with a handwritten note from one book included. The blue calico covered book is titled \"EVERYBODY\'S GARDEN\" and has a publishing date of 1932. The fabric is glued to the book rather than being stitched on. The fabric is worn, as pictured. The book is in stable condition but the pages are yellowed. The brown/caramel colored fabric covered book is titled, \"THE ELEMENTS OF THE GERMAN LANGUAGE\", and is dated 1888. It is signed inside the front cover with apparently the owner\'s name, Norman Lucas Brewster. Found inside the book is a hand written note in German by Mr. Brewster. There is a library card in the back of the book. The fabric is also glued to the book rather than being stitched on and the fabric is worn. The pages are stable and somewhat yellowed. Great for the fabric covered books collector. .
