ITEM DESCRIPTION

This sale is for two sterling silver salt cellars and spoons by Adie Brothers of Birmingham, England that have cobalt blue glass inserts. The sale cellars measure 1 1/4\" tall by 2\" wideand the spoons measure 1 7/8\" long.The combined weight of the cellars and spoons is96.8 grams or 3.11 ounces troy. The cellars are marked with the Adie Bothers Ltd. maker\'s mark as well as what appears to bea pseudo date code, an anchor,and a lion. The scalloped spoons are marked with the word \"Sterling.\"

CONDITION

The salt cellars are in excellent estate condition with no bends, folds or breaks in the sterling and there are no chips in the cobalt inserts.
