2 antique manuscript travel letters. c1890-1905. One letter is complete and discusses a lovely trip in England and an anticipated trip to Scotland; very detailed. The other is on \"Allan and State Line of Steamers North America and South America\" letterhead and seems to be a portion of a letter. This letter also appears to be from the England trip and looks to be penned in the same hand as the first. Each letter is filled out back, front and inside. Both talk about sights, and traveling by ship and carriage. Also talks of visiting churches and having mail forwarded along the trip to different locations.
Condition is Good with light splitting and horizontal fold lines. Second letter has larger split. All writing legible and primarily penned in period ink. Second letter half written in pencil.
Each letter measures 8\" x 5 1/4\" and 8\" x 10 1/2\" when opened.
