Up for your consideration is an antique turn of the century miniature pair of paper Mache jack -of- lantern candy containers The first one marked made in Germany on bottom exterior, the interior has metal ring to hold a candle. It measures 3 1/2\" tall by 4\" wide. The second one with no bottom, it measures 3\" tall One is marked made in Germany on bottom (so it must predate 1939), I know truly circa (1915-1920\'s). There are fresh to the market from a farmhouse estate theywere displayed together as a pair on a 1780\'s childs cupboard with other rare miniature items.
