Two leaves of an Ottoman Turkishmanuscript that has a beautiful rectangular border of glimmering goldink that surrounds the main text. I do not know the Turkish language, but an OttomanTurkish scholar had identified the text as a prayerbook known as En\'am-i Serif. The Ottoman Turkish scholar datesthis manuscript to the late 18th century. This leaf has exquisitecalligraphy. There are fifteen (15) ornamental golden circles. The paper has stains, tears, and holes, due to its age and use overthe years. Overall size is about 4 in. x 6 1/2 in. These is an original manuscript leaves, not a modern reproduction.
