If you read my blog or the simply chateau facebook page you will see that I am working my way through the textile contents of a chateau attics.
These gorgeous antique French glass rose plant labels were found in the orangerie. I have had old plant labels before but never glass ones!
What amazes me is how they sealed the label within the glass as they do not open at all.
These two gorgeous old labels are in superb condition and still have their old wire attached. They are plump petite glass bubbles almost with the label tucked inside.
The labels are double sides and they read:
PRINCE CAMILLE DE ROHANHyb- Rem
MADAME JUHEL
There are no cracks or damage and each one measures 8.3cms x 1.2cms not including the old wire.
Fabulous and quirky old brocante chic labels for any vintage project.
