One of the best features of this resort is that you can make MONTHLY payments on your maintenance fees, and they are approximately $60 per month per unit.

The first week is the 3rd week of January, but it can ( and is currently ) used as a flex week. We generally used it the 3rd or 4th week of March during spring break for the kids.

The 2nd week is the 3rd week of September and that is an amazing time to be at the beach. Still very warm, and the crowds have mostly left.

The flex program allows use of the unit from October thru March. Only the January week is eligible for the flex program.

Ideal for a family or two couples having 1 King bed, 2 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa.

Bedrooms located on the second floor with 2 full baths and washer/dryer.

Downstairs has a full kitchen, living area with fireplace and 1 full bath.

Balcony off the upstairs bedroom and patio off the living area downstairs.

The Links Golf and Racquet Club is tucked away in a residential golf community, making you feel like you are in your own little secluded, private piece of the Grand Strand. Even though you are not ocean front, it is only a short drive to the beach where you can enjoy the use of the resort\'s beach cabana The cabana is equipped with restrooms and showers, as well as a kitchenette. During the high season, you can leave your car behind and use the resorts shuttle service directly to the cabana.
