From my great grandmother\'s estate (she died in 1964)
2 Rosenthal salad plates in the Barrock pattern: floral panels and basketweave around a center ring.These two are unusual because they feature additional gold on the inside of the plates.
The Rosenthal Bavaria mark on the backs date these to 1919-1935.
One plate measure 7 1/2\" across, the other is 7 5/8\".Excellent condition! They ring when tapped. The glaze is glossy, the gilt edging is intact. No scratches or crazing. NOTE! The smaller of the two plates has a small chip out of the edge. The larger plate is near-perfect.Check out my other Rosenthal Barrock plates (7 salad plates) that are currently up for sale.
