Returns accepted only formisrepresentation of the item in the item description and photos. Notification of any problem must be given within 3 days of delivery. Refund value is based on the the item\'s winning offer. Shipping andhandling charges are not refundable. (2.) ThePost Office has increased rates on a regular basis for the last fewyears with the most recent increase onJanuary 27, 2013.
Postalrates are based on weight and distance from the seller to the buyer.The farther the item has to travel, the more it costs.
I don\'t expect to make a profit on theshipping charges, however, and paypal fee policies can impose aloss on the seller.
