Very well made and painted with great detail. I am not sure of the maker, was going to tear one of the felt bottoms off and look, but decided against it. Both felt bottoms are stamped Japan. They are a little dirty from storage, and can use a wet cloth wipe down. No chips or cracks, a few minor paint flecks missing. But does not take away from their beauty. Measure approx., 8\" tall and the base diameter is 2 3/4\". Great display pieces. Thanks for looking!
