Thisis a Rare Vintage Grouping of Costa Rica Pottery, signed by the artist. The lotincludes 1 Water Jug or Wall Planter, and 2 small pots. The pots each measure3” tall x 3 ¾” wide at their widest point, and 2 ½” wide at the mouth. The potsboth the same form, but are decorated different on the outsides. The bottom ofboth pots have the engraved words “Guaitil Gte – Costa Rica – Santos eh-G”. TheJug measures 7” across, with a stylistic aggressive looking Aquatic Animal of some sort on thetop. It has a 2 ¼” wide mouth / opening on the top side, and a hole in the backto hang it on. The hole in the back is why I think it may be a wall planter.The back of this item has the engraved words “Guaitil Gte / Costa Rica”. Theitems were made from a red pottery clay, then glazed & fired.
