This is a matching pair of wall plaques.

I do not know much about this kind of item but I think it is made of chalkware or plaster, but they could be some other material.

I got these at an estate sale. I was told they originally belonged to the 60 year old ladies grandma. I think they are pretty old and that they are possibly very old.

They are both of the same style and obviously the same matching design.

These are big and heavy. Each one is about 16 inches wide and 15 inches tall and 2 to 3 inches thick. Man weighs almost 10 pounds, and woman almost 9 pounds.

One is a man with his gun, dog, powder horn, etc. sitting in a chair at a table. It has a heavy patina. There are chips off of the top of the chair and off of the back of the table. Heavily aged on side edge of chair. There are other rather small and minor nicks.

The other is of a woman sitting in a chair running a spinning wheel. It also has a heavy patina. There are chips off of the top of the chair, top of spinning wheel, and off bottom edge of dress. Also heavily worn on side edge of chair. There are other rather small and minor nicks.

They have shallow chips, scratches, nicks, and scrapes as you can see in the photo\'s which is common for this type of old item. See all 12 photos for condition.

They will be packed carefully and mailed insured against damage or loss.

They are unaltered by me except for a light cleaning,and will look even better if properly cleaned.
