Here we have a pre-owned Dept. 56 \"Happy Easter House\" #56.55090Complete in box. No visible wear to house or pieces. Box (cardboard outside and foam) do show wear from handling and storage. Please see all photos. The light bulb is included however I am unsure how much life it has left. NO RETURNS ON HOLIDAY ITEMS.Item may have cosmetic flaws including, but not limited to what is mentioned above. Please review photos carefully as they are of the exact item you are purchasing.
