2001 Fender Squier MB5 Five String Bass Guitar Metallic Black NR!

Here’s a 2001 Squier MB5 Five String bass in Metallic Black finish. This is their version of the modern bass, in an entry-level “no frills” package. The body is solid wood construction, with maple neck and a wide rosewood fingerboard. Two “J” style pickups are mated to tone, pan, and volume knobs. Quality, but basic, hardware for the bridge and tuners. This bass is in nearly perfect condition and has that “springy” sound that really cuts through.

The only defect you\'ll find is some discoloration on the top of the headstock. This is evident in the photos.

The instrument will ship with the string tension loosened, ready to be set-up in your favorite shop. It’ll be packed in it’s budget gig bag, inside of a stuffed cardboard shipping carton.
