This is a retired rare 2002 NAO by Lladro #1422 with inspection sticker but no box figurine hand made in Spain. It is in mint condition. I could not find this figurine on line.

It measures 8\" ponytail to beach ball, 4-1/4\" hand to hand and 6\" high.
