This is a LEMAX Halloween village piece dated 2003 on the bottom. It’s called MYSTIC ISABELLA’S PSYCHIC READINGS. I’m not sure what this looked like new to know if anything is missing so view photos to see what you are receiving. One thing that I did notice is there appears to be a brown shutter missing towards the top of the building, I showed this in one of the photos. Also, you will need a light cord, you can buy those cords with bulb at the end at most craft stores. The building is about 8 inches tall.
