Please see all photos. This listing is for the building only. There are no ornamentation included like the Flags, banners and trees. I see no cracks or chips. The most remarkable aspect is that there were leaking batteries in the compartment when I got it. I cleaned it up the best I could and it works perfectly as demonstrated in the photo that shows the lights working. This issue does not come with a plug and bulb.
