Any vehicle returned after 72 hours will incur a 5% restocking fee in addition to a $.50/mile charge for vehicle use. The restocking fee is 5% of the sales price plus any other damages that may have occurred since the time of delivery. When the consumer does return a vehicle the original contract is null and void meaning all trades or anything else implied is no longer valid or implied.
