You are offerding on a 2011 Topps Wacky Packages Halloween Postcard Set with the commemorative wrapper. The set consists of 7 cards which were all autographed by the seven artists. These were hand signed on the back of the postcards by the artists and not facsimiles. The stet includes the following: Ork by Neil Camera, Bog Red by Pat Chaimauang, Hairy Mane by Jay Lynch, Alltoads by Matthew Kirscht, Humanhead by Jeff Zapata, Witchamacallit by John Zeleznik and Hairi Boo//Cracker Drac by Brent Engstrom. These cards were only available by purchasing the Limited Edition Halloween Series Postcard set which sold out very quickly. Topps only produced very limited quantities of these cards; approximately 650 of these of these sets. I am not a professional grader but I would grade this Near Mint (NM) condition.
