No refunds on navigation discs as they can be copied rather easily. If you buy an item in error, you can send it back (return shipping at buyer\'s expense) within 7-days of receipt, for EXCHANGE or store credit only. Disc must be returned in the same condition as it was received (ie not broken/abnormal scratches is the preferred method of payment on (e-check payments through PayPal must clear prior to shipment). If you pay using your current PayPal cash balance, or via a credit card and PayPal, we will ship the item within 24-hours thereafter, Monday through Friday except holidays.
