Combining purchase of single cards and team sets / insert sets:

Many individuals are team collectors and often purchase a team set and individual cards from their favorite team. In these cases the shipping charge for the team set(s) will be charged and all individual cards (up to 40 items per invoice as stated above) will be charged at the \"each additional card\" shipping fee that is stated in the individual card listing.
