9th Annual Easter Basket - Item Number 4037674

Jim Shore has created a delightful collection of Easter seasonal figurines including this figurine, \"Welcome the Art of Easter\" which is his 9th Annual Easter Basket.This basket shows the Easter Bunny\'s home in an oak tree, complete with a Welcome sign over the front door and flowers in window boxes.The branches of the oak wind upward to create the handle of the basket, complete with 2 little bluebirds and numerous green leaves and acorns.The bunny is seated on the rim of the basket busily painting another egg.The bunny has already completed his decorating on 4 eggs which can be placed inside the basket.Each of the loose eggs is completely different in their decorations, including 2 that continue the theme of the basket with one having bluebirds and another having oak branches, leaves, and acorns.The other 2 eggs are gaily decorated with multi-color rosemaling.Jim Shore\'s trademark rosemaling appears in many places on the basket.A wonderfully whimsical piece, this basket expresses the joys of Easter!The details are fabulous!

From the Jim Shore Heartwood Creek Easter collection and designed by Jim Shore, \"Welcome the Art of Easter\" is a larger, 5-piece figurine.The basket is approximately 8-1/2\" tall, approximately 6\" wide, and approximately 5-1/4\" deep.The largest egg is approximately 2-1/2\" long and approximately 1-1/2\" in diameter near the center of the egg; the others are approximately 1/4\" shorter.The Enesco licensed piece is item number 4037674, and was originally released in 2013.This item is new in the original box and has only been removed for inspection and photos.It comes with the original tag and a tent card with the name of the piece with a To/From area on the back for gift giving.
