Returns

ReturnsOur customer service representative can assist you to the best of our abilities in the cases of mis-shipped product or broken original mint packaging. IF in the event that we would require a return the items must be returned as they were sent to you?in the original packaging and original condition. Due to insurance restrictions, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items for refund or exchange. We will cover the cost to ship the exchanged product back to you. The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of SD Bullion.Orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee, all other payment methods are subject to a 3% restocking fee.
