I do combine shipping. Base rate is $1.25 plus 25 cents per additional item. Requesting an invoice usually gets a slightly better rate than that, about 25 cents every other card up to four cards. USPS package rules kick in then (envelope greater than 1/4 inch thick) and rates there start at $2.25, but go up by less. Free Shipping on one thick card does not always get Free Shipping on a second card due to the USPS thickness rule. I try and ship every day, but when sales are slow I miss a day. My central US location still provides a very fast shipping time to most of the country.
