Strong, antique, interior, French door salvaged from an old home in NorthEastern Ohio. The door is made of solid pine and features wavy, glass lites.Unfortunately, 1 of the glass lites is not wavy. However, we can custom cut a new piece from our collection of old glass and install it, --Email us for a quote.When most people hear "pine" they think of a cheap, weak, and soft wood. New pinehewn from 10 - 20 year old trees doesn\'t have the same insect-resistant,
rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant qualities that old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old has. Old pine is also much harder and stronger than young pine.Hardware: The door is not equipped with any hardware. However, we have a good selection of period hardware to outfit the door (check out our store).

Condition: On the interior side of the door, there is a break in the bottom edge of the lock stile; and a piece of molding, and the edge of the lock stile are chipped.Otherwise, this door is in very good shape with only surface scrapes, scratches, small nail holes--minor cosmetic blemishes which would be removed during the finishing process or covered if painted.
Refinish/Repaint:We could refinish, repaint, or partially or completely strip the door to prepare it for you to repaint or refinish.See the last photos in this sale as an example of our work.Email us with a small description of what you would like done, and we\'ll give you a quote.
Swing: The door is currently set up to swing inwardly towards the left. We could make it swing in the opposite direction--email us for a quote.
Modification: We could also modify this door to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could make a frame, trim or add to the height or width, plug the hardware holes, etc. Email us with a small description of what you would like done, and we\'ll give you a quote.
