Hayes and William McKinley both served - written March 19, 1862 from Camp Hayes at Raleigh, (West) Virginia. General content on health, lack of mail, having photo taken, etc. but written on super scarce Howell’s Army Letterhead from both a desirable regiment and theater of the war. Excellent condition.
