I am selling these masks on consignment. These masks were collected over 3 decades and many visits to Africa over that time. When my client contacted me, she was distressed about the masks, she had no place to put them as she was moving to a smaller living space. She had decided, although she loved her collection very much, that it was simply time to move on to a new part of her life. The wall that is her collection is pictured in the second photograph. (please keep in mind this listing is only for the mask in the first picture.) Unfortunately, she had very little time and very little information to provide for me. I now have no connection with my client except for a mailing address to send the proceeds from the sale. Before we parted ways, she did tell me to use these words to describe where she obtained the masks, they are: Mali, Bambara, and Songye. A fellow er has suggested the circular masks are Luba masks. I do not know which mask pertains to which word, so it is up to you, the collector, to determine any further information about this mask.
