294a Inverted Error. A very rare and beautiful stamp with original gum.Includes two certificates: 9/21/90 PSE which reads \"it is genuine unused, o.g. with small thin at lower left (of ship).\".9/24/14 PF which reads \"It is genuine, previously hinged, with tiny thins in the area on the left side of the ship and on an upper left certificates of authenticity: Notice that a stamp is being submitted for a certificate must be made at the time of sale. No refunds will be made 120 days past the sale date unless extra time is granted. I will refund the cost of the stamp, but not the cost of the certificate, for stamps that already have a certificate, or stamps that sell for $250 or less, and come back with a negative certificate. All other stamps that sell for more than $250 will receive a full refund for the price of the stamp and up to $25towards the cost of the certificate, if the stamp comes back not as described. PF (Philatelic Foundation), APS, PSE, and William Weisscertificates are accepted. Graded certificates or encased items are not accepted. Proof of the inability of a competent authority to express an opinion is not grounds for return. Certificates must be included with any returns.
