Damaged Items
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect allpackages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new,all damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even thoughouter boxes is not damaged). If you received a damaged or broken item,please contact us immediately so we can help you with the damage claimwith the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored after 14 days uponitem receive.
Whenexchanging or returning, all products must be in original packagingwith RMA number issued by KarPartStoreclearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without avalid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no credit will beissued.
