For your consideration is aLOT of 3 French emperor Dinner or Table forks, large and heavy, properly marked sterling silver 950/1000 (highest silver standard in France, aka Britannia). There are legendary silver makers from Paris, CHENAILLER BASILE (C.1800), Frederique Babou de LABOURDAISIERE (1851-1904), and attributed to Sanner Emile (late 19th Cent).The clear=\"none\">There are 3 large and unusually heavy forks, they are between 8 & 1/8 to 8 3/16 inches long. They all have an identical pattern, but slightly different proportions and different coat of arms. All coat of arms shows that these pieces were in possession of some nobles or royalties.
Weight: Total weight is an impressive 265 Grams or 9.4 Ounces. is not a vintage-looking set, like you can find in some departmentstores! This is real antique, French Emperor silver, 150-200+ year old! The items are gently-used and have some typical scratches, there are coat of arms on each one of them.
