You may notice that all my CD sales are always noted as \"GOOD\" and that is because we all have a very different perception of VERY GOOD. The majority of my CDs are in VG or MINT status, however I choose to meet in the middle for common ground. If they are at a level lower than the GOOD line, I will mark them as ACCEPTABLE with reasons. Most of the time it is because of missing artwork and not the condition of the CD itself.

I believe in a simple Term of Sales:

- PAYMENT: I accept PayPal only. Payment must be made within 2 days following an sale win. For a Buy It Now or Best Offer win, payment must be posted immediately following sale end or buyer must contact seller at the sale end for a confirmation of scheduled payment.

- SHIPPING: Any other method of shipping type or carrier other than specified within the sale must be paid by the winning buyer. Cost of shipping is determined by calculator. If shipping International or outside of the Domestic United States (Hawaii, Alaska) all shipping will be paid for by the buyer. If the price of International or shipping outside of the domestic US is actually higher than what the calculator has provided, the buyer will be obligated to pay the shipping and will be contacted following sale end. Likewise, if there is a price difference that is lower than the calculator from the carrier\'s website, the lower price will be used for a shipping savings to the International or outside Domestic US customer. I try to package items carefully and generally ship within 2 business days.
