Being offered for sale is a Very nice Tiger and solid Oak Bedroom Set circa 1900. The bed dresser and washstand feature matching carving across the crest with the bed having a small blanket roll at the head and foot. The dresser offers a large swivel mirror over two small and two large drawers(there is a key that locks one large drawer). The tall back of the washstand has a small mirror over a towel bar. Both mirrors are original beveled mirrors and do show slight clouding. The tops of the washstand and dresser are in very nice condition showing only normal age ware, please look closely at the photos. The only apology I see, is that the sides of the dresser and washstand are different. I think that is the way it was made, so not really an apology. If you love the warmth and charm of Victorian oak this is a wonderful solid set sure to bring charm and beauty to any bedroom

Mattress area 72 1/2 inches long and 54 inches wide. This will not accommodate todays full size mattress. My suggestion is to get a metal frame ($50.00) and attach to the head and foot boards, giving plenty of room for the mattress and bedding. You could also make this a queen size by doing this.
