In this sale we have three (3) Vintage Cigarette Pack Lapels, from the 1920s through the 1950s.

Included in the lot:

MARVELS – 1930s . . . The oldest, and perhaps rarest pack in the lot are MARVELS, introduced as a value priced cigarette during the early days of the great depression by the Philip Morris subsidiary, the Stephano Brothers of Philadelphia, PA.

RALEIGH – 1940s . . . Named for Sir Walter Raleigh, the man who is credited with introducing Tobacco to the world, the RALEIGH brand was launched by Brown & Williamson Tobacco of Louisville KY when it first entered the cigarette market in the 1920s . . .

DOMINO- 1950s . . . Another rare pack comes from the mid-1950s, and is from DOMINO CIGARETTES, which originated with the L. Reed Tobacco of Richmond Virginia in the 1920s, and was later taken over by Larus & Brother Tobacco. . . a great find for the collector.

These are standard paper “cup” packages, made to holding 20 unfiltered cigarettes. All are in very good to excellent condition . . .
